The $35 Consultation Fee
A non-refundable $35 fee
Every new client starts with a paid Initial Consultation and Medical Evaluation — a one-on-one review of your health history and treatment goals with one of our medical providers, so we can confirm laser hair removal is right for you. The $35 fee is collected at booking, is non-refundable, and is credited toward your treatment package if you’re cleared to proceed.

What to expect in your initial consultation
- A personalized one-on-one consultation to learn more about you, your needs, and your treatment goals
- A review of your relevant health history to help us better understand your individual needs
- A telehealth medical evaluation with one of our medical providers to help ensure treatment is appropriate for you
- Personalized treatment recommendations based on your goals and individual needs
Cancellation & late arrival policy
The $35 consultation fee is non-refundable and is collected when your appointment is booked. In the event of a no-show or last minute cancelation, the fee may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment, one time only.
Cancellations and No-Shows: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be subject to a $35 cancellation fee.
Any cancellation or no-show for a following appointment will result in a $35 cancellation fee.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may experience a shortened appointment or may need to reschedule, depending on availability.
We truly strive to accommodate all of our clients, and respecting everyone’s time is an important part of providing the best experience possible. Communication is key. If something comes up, please let us know as soon as possible so we can do our best to make arrangements and accommodate you when possible.
